Donington is an Australian owned entity and was established in December 2001, operating offices under license throughout Australia.

Donington has cemented a strong global presence through our partnership in Career Partners International (CPI) (www.cpiworld.com) a leading career transition, career management and outplacement organisation and one of the largest talent management organisations in the world. This partnership brings together the wealth of expertise and experience of many leading career transition and outplacement specialists internationally and in Australia. Donington has 12 offices and 60 Donington-dedicated staff, with further resources available as required.

Many of our people are amongst Australia's most experienced in the career transition market. Donington directors, senior consultants and career coaches have extensive local knowledge: they understand their marketplace and they have the experience and indeed, in some cases, literally ‘wrote the book’ that developed outplacement and career transition services in this part of the world.

Our consulting team has a combination of business, technical and human resource experience and is made up of permanent and associate consultants who are specialists and been accredited in the services that Donington is proud to deliver.
