Personal Data
Donington respects and acknowledges the privacy rights of every individual and will collect personal information only with the knowledge and consent of an individual. This personal information is required to allow the Donington Consultant to provide the best possible guidance and assistance during a transition program. If you choose not to supply some of the information sought, you could limit the ability and capacity of your Consultant to render the appropriate guidance and assistance to you.
During a program, certain exercises may be completed which will reveal information about personal style and type, and other traits and competencies. All of this information will be fully and freely available to the individual, and will be neither retained nor used by Donington, except in discussions between the individual and Consultant. Personal information will not be provided to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or regulation.
Security
All personal data is stored by The Donington Group under internal security protocols, with password protected databases. Personal data will be removed from the Donington system when it is no longer required (except where archived).
Access to Personal Data
An individual may usually gain access to personal information held by making a written request. Except in some unusual circumstances as provided for in The Privacy Amendment (Privacy Sector) Act 2000, we will be happy to provide you with the requested information within 30 days.
