Case Study 1:  Energy Industry.  The Donington Group was appointed, after a rigorous review and tender process, to support the national transition needs arising from the merger of two significant organisations.

Donington worked with the organisation during the planning phase, designing a process to support both voluntary and involuntary redundancy situations and to support management through a challenging integration process.  The impact, stretching across Australia, was multi-site in most states involving individuals with 20 years plus service and numbering in excess of 1000.
