Bill Joris has over 14 years outplacement and career transition experience that has included roles in business development, leadership and service delivery. He has covered a wide spectrum of both individuals and industries in the manufacturing, transport & logistics, financial, legal, professional service, government, not- for- profit, retail and IT and telecoms sectors. He holds an honours degree in Engineering and is a member of the International Association of Coaching. Bill was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for services to the Community.

Nicolien Timmer is a Dutch national with a Masters in Culture, Organisation and Management from the Free University of Amsterdam. She started work as a Finance recruiter in Zurich, Switzerland, and moved to Sydney four years ago working as an Executive, Contracting and Permanent Recruitment Consultant.
