Peter Rickard , Non-Executive Director, is the Principal of Rickard Stanhope Consulting Group and a founding member of The Donington Group. He moved to Australia from the United Kingdom and commenced his career in the Insurance industry culminating in senior management roles in both Melbourne and Sydney for a leading international insurer. He subsequently ran his own successful insurance brokerage and financial advisory consultancy for many years and was the only non-executive to be appointed to the Board of an Australian life insurance company.
Tony Sernack, Non-Executive Director, is the founder and managing director of the MACAW Consulting Group and was a founding member of The Donington Group. Prior to starting MACAW, Tony held chief executive and senior marketing positions in major wine and brewery companies. Tony is a science graduate (biochemistry) from Sydney University and has extensive board level experience across a wide range of companies and industries. He is currently a director of United Malt Holdings, a US based major international maltster, performance management software company Acelero and is vice president of the Sydney Film Festival. Tony is also a freelance photographer who does work for, among others, The New York Times.
Geoff Officer is Managing Director and CEO of The Donington Group. He is an internationally experienced executive in human resources and a pioneer in the career management, career transition and outplacement industry in Australia and New Zealand. Geoff's expertise in executive coaching, organisational & leadership development, change management and culture change has positioned him as an acknowledged specialist in major employment change events.
